Responsibilities

• Perform CT simulation, construct treatment devices, and calculate dosimetry based on treatment plans approved by Radiation Oncologists
• Operate radiation therapy machines and related equipment following safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety, occupational health, and infection control standards
• Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment to ensure accuracy and safety
• Keep accurate records of radiation doses delivered to each patient
• Provide quality patient care and communicate clearly regarding side effects and treatment updates
• Supervise and guide student Radiation Therapists
• Participate in training, education, and research activities within the department
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Radiation Technology or related field
• Preferably 3 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy.
• Proficient in radiation therapy procedures from pre-treatment to delivery
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset
