Description

Our company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Income/Structured Notes Product Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Fixed Income and/or Structured Notes platform, driving the product strategy, and ensuring robustness, control, and compliance.

The position involves developing executable market ideas, educating Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors on fixed income and structured notes, and driving revenue for the fixed income and structured notes business.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Develop executable market ideas and educate Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors on fixed income and structured notes
Drive revenue for the fixed income and structured notes business
Manage the product life cycle and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Define and launch new products, features, and capabilities
Oversee all aspects of product marketing for fixed income and structured notes
Work with team members to ensure adequate dealing coverage at all times
Collaborate with sales teams to meet annual sales and financial targets
Manage internal and external investment partners and/or vendor relationships, engage in negotiations, manage ongoing relationships, and prepare agreements

To be eligible for this role you will require:

Bachelor's degree in economics, investments or finance
58 years of related experience in advisory sales and dealing of fixed income and structured notes
Detailed knowledge of markets analysis, with strong technical capabilities in analyzing fixed income and structured notes
Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch and convince Wealth Management customers
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as the role requires often communication with Mandarinspeaking stakeholders
