    About This Role

    We are looking for an exceptional creative thinker and brand builder that can build equity and organic growth for digital mobile operator brands across our key markets.

    This role will have you work across both Circles' own brand and our partner brands around the world that are in different stages of growth.

    Reporting to the Group Head of Brand and Marketing, the successful candidate will work on brand strategy, creative campaigns and ensure the brands' relevance and effectiveness. In addition, s/he will lead functions within the team that relate to brand strategy, campaign and activation planning, influencing product roadmap, creative production and marketing operations.

    To be successful in this role, you will think strategically and work in partnership with regional and country leaders to strategize, plan and execute high ROI campaigns to grow subscriber base and revenue.

    This is a group level role based in Singapore.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop a strategy aimed at building brand relevance and affinity within target segments
  • Work with country leads and country marketing managers to execute the global brand vision locally
  • Track performance across countries, collecting insights and learnings, to influence future brand plans.
  • Collaborate with product leads to influence future innovation.
  • Challenge the status quo, leveraging cutting edge insights and developments in the field

  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 6+ years of B2C marketing with specific experience in building brands & working on iconic brands
  • T-shaped marketer - generalist on a number of disciplines but has strong experience in brand building
  • Ideally those who have worked in a portfolio brands at either high-growth technology companies, top creative agencies or established CPG companies.
