Some of the things you'll be doing
- Support HR operations excellence while executing full HR functions of employees' life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits to exit management
- Ensures all required information, employee details, performance management and training records are accurately maintained and updated promptly into HRIS and SharePoint for region offices
- Coordinates and conducts orientation procedures with new employees and ensures that the Training Matrix and Orientation Training Record form is duly completed and complied with
- Audits prework preparation.
- Be part of the social committee and support company events.
- Other additional duties as required to support the HR team.
- Conduct daily media monitoring.
- Find and curate content for the company's website and social media platforms.
- To assist in the conceptualization and implementation of CSR initiatives and programs that inspire employee volunteerism, and internal communications to drive engagement/support
What we are looking for.
- Possess a Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Detailoriented person with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as an integral member of the team
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment and resilient to changes
- Proactive to raise issues and suggest solutions for improvement
- Is energetic, motivated, enthusiastic and confident
