Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of B2B growthenabling technologies.
Foster innovation and efficiency in the engineering processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Ensure the architecture and design of the systems are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
Collaborate closely with the product management team to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Drive the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring highquality deliverables.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our technology stack relevant and effective.
Define and monitor technical metrics to assess the performance and impact of the engineering team's contributions.
At least 7 years of engineering experience with a demonstrated history in leading software development projects.
Strong technical foundation in software architecture, database design, and development methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team of engineers.
Solid understanding of B2B growth strategies and how technology can enhance these strategies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to have:

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
A portfolio of successful projects that demonstrate innovation and impact in the realm of B2B technology solutions.
