Description
Provide general administrative support- Maintain basic accounting record, Handle petty cash payments
- Handle phone calls, filing, and data entry
- Prepare Purchase Order and all delivery notes & invoices from suppliers for payment
- Office maintenance
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Management
- Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
