    ABOUT JANIO

    Janio is a cross-border logistics platform providing integrated end-to-end logistics solutions across Southeast Asia (SEA). As a smart logistics solutions provider, we are geared towards connecting industry players globally. Our vision includes incorporating AI and machine learning for smarter logistics management.

    KEY OBJECTIVES

    Understand local logistic landscape and optimize vendors to perform within the local operating model.

    EXPECTED ACTIONS

    • Design and maintain local target operating model
    • Procure rates and services in function of the target operating model to enable it on Janio's System
    • Advise & solution internally/externally based on local regulations and best practices
    • Run monthly business review with key providers
    • Manage trials to ensure smooth integration of clients - handover to backend operations for scalable transition
    • Handle disputes (claims, performance, etc) accordingly with the NPMedior
    • Eager to learn
    • Ecommerce logistics background (not a must)
    • Pro activeness

    REQUIREMENTS

    • About 3-5 years in similar fields
    • Basic access and understanding to local partners
    • Organized and consistent
    • Ideally data focused
    • Strong in communication
