    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Day-to-day administrative support
    • Handling enquiries from customers (phone calls and emails)
    • Keying in of invoices and payment
    • Assisting in accounts filing and submission
    • Managing external and internal communications (Sales, Operations and Administrative teams)
    • Coordinate and prioritize sales leads and compiling data
    • Assist to manage in company HR system (Leaves, Staff Welfare and Employment of WP worker process)
    • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Must be very proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Min 1 year admin experience
