Logistics & Planning Officer - Singapore - SUPREME INTERTRADE PTE. LTD.
Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs a combination of duties such as shipping, receiving, storage, and replenishment.
- Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
- Verifies quantity and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading.
- Support production planning activities and prepare kits for production run
- Conducts cycle count and stock take and investigates inventory discrepancies.
- Works with general supervision and instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions for new activities.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Good Communication skills Fluent English skills (reading, listening, speaking and writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office allocations (Excel, Words, Power-Point).
- Min GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
