- Understand user needs together with Business Owners and Product Managers
- Drive solution discovery to bring user friendliness to complex mobile apps
- Create mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to enable user testing
- Produce beautiful hi-resolution designs of mobile app user interfaces considering touch interactions, user flows, animation, brand and accessibility.
- Contribute to our Design Systems
- Work strategically to raise the UX maturity of the wider team
- Higher education in UI/UX Design, Human-centered design practices, Service Design, or a similar field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
- Breadth and depth of UX skills, including wireframing, prototyping and user testing
- Knowledge of Universal Design and accessibility standards
- Experience with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
- Strong experience with UI design tools such as Figma
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design
- The corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Domain knowledge about medical device development or audiology is a plus

As a central part of R&D, we develop audiological fitting software for use by hearing care professionals as well as mobile apps for end users to control their devices and support their lives. As a member of our team, you'll work alongside developers, testers, and audiologists to bring seamless ease-of-use to our overall software experiences.
The Role
UX designers collaborate closely with other team members inside Global UX to drive product discovery processes, qualify prototypes and ensure our interfaces and flows are smart, polished, and empathetic to the needs of our audience.
As a designer at WSA you will be driving the experience of our next generation of mobile apps, creating both disruptive concepts and essential incremental changes.
