Description
Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.- Prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Maintain inventory and supplies, anticipate office needs and expedite orders when required.
- Ensure all equipment are regularly maintained and in good working condition.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with preparation of company events.
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
- Communicate with colleagues, suppliers and clients.
Requirements:
- 12 years of proven experience in similar position
- Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Proficient in English (multilingual is a plus)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal ability
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8.30 am ~ 6 pm)
Location:
- Mondays and Wednesdays > Upper Serangoon Rd (Near NEX)
- Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays > WFH
