Description
Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.

  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Ensure an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies, anticipate office needs and expedite orders when required.
  • Ensure all equipment are regularly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with preparation of company events.
  • Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
  • Communicate with colleagues, suppliers and clients.

Requirements:


  • 12 years of proven experience in similar position
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Proficient in English (multilingual is a plus)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal ability

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8.30 am ~ 6 pm)


Location:


  • Mondays and Wednesdays > Upper Serangoon Rd (Near NEX)
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays > WFH
