La Maison du Whisky is looking for an Event Manager for its Asia-Pacific activities.

This person will assist our Event Company to
organize South-East Asia's most renown
and biggest Whisky & Fine Spirits Tasting Show:
Whisky Live Singapore **.

The Event Manager will also be responsible for many other smaller projects throughout the year for our portfolio of Exclusive Brands.

This individual is
resourceful and self-motivated with great
adaptation skills enabling him/her to
lead projects with the help of different team partners.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the organization of Whisky Live with our Event Company
  • Convey La Maison du Whisky's vision to our Event Company
  • Deliver a qualitative event, without exceeding Budget
  • Assist with the
    Commercialization of Whisky Live by pitching the event to outside brand representatives and/or by assisting LMDW Brand Managers
  • Brief & communicate to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner for Event execution
  • Under the Marketing department's guidance, plan and execute activation events for our core portfolio of Brands
  • Be on top of organizing smaller events throughout the organization, including private tastings, masterclasses, B2B activations and develop new strategies to boost LMDW visibility in APAC through event ideation and delivery

REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid Project Management skills with a keen eye for details
  • Resourceful and Proactive
  • Able to draft and follow budget, retro planning and key event deliverables; numbers and Excel skills are essential
  • Able to draft and lead coherent briefings to external stakeholders and ensure delivery in timely manner
  • High level fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Copywriting, marketing & communications planning and Adobe Suite familiarity are a plus
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in events management
  • Degree / Diploma in events, marketing or related qualification preferred
