What you will do:

Southeast Asia and Taiwan as a growth engine for the company, has over 4000 employees, supporting more than 20 divisions or business units cross all functions from commercial to manufacturing, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.

This business-critical role will report to Southeast Asia and Taiwan FP&A Lead, located in Singapore.

Key responsibilities are partnering with commercial team members in the region to drive profitable organic growth, leading standard FP&A workstreams including monthly close, commercial forecast, monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual operations plan, long terms strategic plan, and other ad-hoc analyses or projects.

How you will do it:

Support SEATW Instrument & Enterprise Services ("IES") financial reporting and analysis

Support SEATW Instrument & Enterprise Services ("IES") financial reporting and analysis
Ensure key results and timelines for IES business reviews / submissions are met.
Track and analyze monthly forecasts vs actuals for Service Revenue, Warranty & Installation and Gross Margins by Business Unit, explaining forecast movements as well as identifying key drivers for changes or variances.
Work closely with business to highlight risks / opportunities, analyze growth trends and margins.
Support the consolidation and reporting of commercial P&L.
Coordinate and prepare financials for timely submission at country, region and divisional level (where applicable), during Strategic Plan ("STRAP"), as well as Annual Operating Plan ("AOP") cycles. Build templates to facilitate efficient and effective planning, reconciliation and review.
Lead and track Capex, OPEX, headcount and sales performance attainment (where applicable).
Use financial reporting systems to extract data or build dashboards, as well as perform uploads into systems as needed.
Adhoc analysis, financial modeling, consolidation or related duties as required.

Strong ability to work across the matrix structure

Communicate clearly with good personal efficiency to work crossfunctionally and navigate matrix.
Work autonomously in fastpaced environment, with ability to handle some ambiguity and initiate partner concern or followup where needed.
Participate actively and closely with the commercial team, to support commercial leaders and regional team within SEATW.

What we look for:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in MNC or commercial Finance role. Financial Planning and Analysis and/or Accounting experience is a plus.
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills.
Applied knowledge of various ERP / business systems (e.g. Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, Oracle, Workday, etc.) would be an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication, with good social skills. Fluent in Chinese language is a plus
Adaptable and able to work with intensity, to navigate matrix environment.
Selfmotivated and a keen learner with an inquisitive mind.
A good teammate who is handson and meticulous.
