Sales Coordinator - Singapore - LINKGAS ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE PTE LTD
Description
Support the Sales team and customers during the sales process- Resolve salesrelated issues raised by customers in a timely manner
- Meet deadlines for Sales Orders and other work expectations in a fastpaced environment
- Facilitate internal and external coordination
- Followup calls for Sales Quotations to achieve highest order confirmation (Target 20 Calls per day)
- Ensure server data is up to date
- Assist in Sales Quotation processes via internal ERP System
- Microsoft Dynamic 365 (Ad Hoc)
Job Requirements:
- Possess good communication skills and is serviceorientated
- Has good work discipline and possesses creativethinking skills
- Has good computer/software proficiency
- Microsoft Dynamic 365 / Microsoft Teams
- Min. 3 Years of Sales Coordinator Experience preferred
- Preferably able to understand Technical Drawings
- Background in Engineering and other relevant fields preferred
