Description
Our client, one of Asia-Pacific's leading organizations is looking for:

System Analyst / Production Support

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and direct the daytoday operations of IT services
  • Manage outsourced vendors and inhoused contractors to meet the delivery and operation needs of IT services
  • Manage change request, service request and production support issues and ensure service levels are met
  • Review system designs and technical specifications to ensure all requirements are captured to meet system objectives
  • Review post production issues and identify root cause and work with vendors on preventive measures;
  • Plan, execute and support system implementation, software/hardware upgrades and security patches

Requirements:


  • Experience in incident management, problem management, release management, root cause analysis and deployment
  • Understand SDLC and experience working with business users, various IT teams and vendors
  • Sound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technology
  • Certification or formal training in ITIL will be an added advantageEA License Number: 10C3636
