Overview Of RoleReporting to the Contract Manager, this individual will be part of a team that provides trade support to our Operations and Traders.

Main ResponsibilitiesValidate deals in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) system versus email agreement for consistency.
Preparation of draft contracts for crude and/or products for traders and operators' reviewSending out contracts after approvalUploading contracts and all counters/amendments to ETRM systemUpdating master templates, when necessaryReviewing and countering of contracts from counterpartiesUpdating contract Excel worksheetUpdating tender Excel worksheet, when requiredPreparation of tender offers, when requiredLiaising with Finance/ Legal/ Demurrage departments on issues pertaining to contract wordingsReviewing of counterparties' general terms and conditionsPerform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Job requirementsBachelor's degree in finance or any fieldBasic understanding of incotermsPrior experience working in trading environment.

Adept at using systemsExcellent prioritization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure in dynamic environmentProficient software applications knowledge/ usage (Microsoft office)Excellent team player, flexible, pro-active and able to take initiative to complete tasksCristina Malabuyoc Malijan EA License No.
