Description

Responsibilities:


  • Process order thru JDE system
  • Follow up on customer's pending order, backorder and shipment status
  • Handles telephone calls, sales enquiry, sales reservation, customer's complaint and discrepancies
  • Perform customer's sales quotation entry
  • Liaise with Warehouse, Shipping and Account Department to expedite the Sales Order
  • Liaise with customer appointed forwarder for vessel schedule
  • Prepares documents for courier, handcarry, air or sea freight arrangement
  • Performs sales support and administrative duties.

Requirements:


  • At least GCE "O' levels or equivalent
  • At least 12 years working experience in sales support
  • Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
  • Working location at Gambas
