Customer Service Officer - Singapore - SLS BEARINGS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Responsibilities:
- Process order thru JDE system
- Follow up on customer's pending order, backorder and shipment status
- Handles telephone calls, sales enquiry, sales reservation, customer's complaint and discrepancies
- Perform customer's sales quotation entry
- Liaise with Warehouse, Shipping and Account Department to expedite the Sales Order
- Liaise with customer appointed forwarder for vessel schedule
- Prepares documents for courier, handcarry, air or sea freight arrangement
- Performs sales support and administrative duties.
Requirements:
- At least GCE "O' levels or equivalent
- At least 12 years working experience in sales support
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
- Working location at Gambas
