Description
Manage vendors & suppliers, issuing and maintaining records of purchase orders of materials for sales orders/contracts- Manage office purchases and requisitions of consumables, office stationery, printed stationery, photocopier, pantry supplies.
- Obtain competitive quotes, prepare comparisons, make recommendations
- Monitor inventory and cost control.
- Maintain operations and administrative files, workplace safety docs
- Handle tenancy matters, vehicles road tax/insurance renewal.
- Coordinate company events
- Other ad hoc matters as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 23 years of working experience in the related field.
- Detail oriented, skilled in people management and negotiation
- Selfstarter, go getter and able to multitask, meet deadlines and prompt in providing accurate data information
- Possesses strong communication skills and EQ
- Experience with using MYOB is an advantage
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office
