Description
Role & Responsibilities- Lead and manage the project team for commercial projects.
- Make strategic decisions, provide business directions, and oversee contracts administration.
- Oversee project programme and project implementation, and actively engage internal stakeholders and manage the consultants and building contractors.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or its equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of management experience overseeing commercial office building projects (full scale).
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent business judgement and strategic thinking.
