Responsibilities:

Spare parts sales Coordination and documentation After-service Sales Coordination and Documentation Create Weekly and Monthly report Track the status of quotations and proposals issued and process these with customers and internally to ensure successful resolution and sales closure.

Responsible for sales from within organization for a portfolio of customers or regions.

Develop a very clear and detailed understanding of customer needs; to enable an increased conversion of RFQ's to orders and increase in sales Work closely with respective Business Units to develop a clear understanding of specific company products and with the individual sales manager to establish sales strategy for the targeted customers.

Collate costs and prices in support of bids and proposals being developed by sales team and customer services Compile, analyze and present accurate sales and marketing data, providing feedback on customer buying patterns and market trends
  • Producing sales forecasts for allocated segments.
Any other duties as assigned by the Company.
