The incumbent with coding skills will support Durapower to fully recognize Digital value and help them substantially create more business value and most importantly contribute to a shared vision of Durapower.

This role is key to the success of the group's shared vision to build a robust Digital capability centered around new energy innovation and cater to de-carbonized energy demand for the future.

The Digital leadership team is part of Innovation CoE, and includes a dedicated implementation team to act as the bridge between product R&D, business, and external ecosystem

What's the role?

As a Product Full-stack developer with Tableau expertise, you will join our team in Singapore. This is an exciting role for you as you will experience a diverse set of innovations in battery technology, Digital innovations and capability building while experiencing global market scenarios and trends in this growing sector.

You will be a key collaborator to ensure successful end-to-end development of platform products and working closely with C-suite management in developing innovative Tableau interfaces for business strategy planning.

Key Expectation:

• Demonstrate strong proficiency full stack development technologies. To assist the development of Durapower very own battery digital ecosystem.
• Showcase advanced skills in Tableau for creating compelling data visualizations and analytics tools. Utilize Tableau and Python to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Key success measure for the role

• Ability to build and drive simplicity in solutions to have effective interest and strong engagement with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights, driving the success of Durapower's Digital & Innovation projects.

Core Responsibilities are as follows:

• Collaborate with lead solution architect to formulate and execute the technology strategy for digital projects
• Collaborate with Lead solution architect, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Passion to contribute towards continuous team professionalization without losing sight of value delivery.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Design and implement server-side logic and database structures.
• Develop scalable, and efficient APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Design, develop, and maintain innovative Tableau and Python-based solutions for the organization
• Utilize Tableau and Python to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, providing valuable information to inform decision-making processes across the organization

What We Need from You

• University degree in Data Science Engineering with experience of 8-10 years plus, candidate with lesser experience may be considered
• Knowledge of systems development, including system development life cycle, project management approaches and requirements, design and testing techniques
• Proficiency in data modeling and design, including SQL scripting and database administration
• Ability to implement common data management and reporting technologies, as well as the basics of columnar and No SQL databases, data visualization, unstructured data, and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of AI (ML/DL) technologies, like predictive modeling, optimization, data mining, data visualization etc.
• Knowledge of programming languages Python, C/C++, Java and software engineering practices
• Natural curiosity, creative and critical thinker with learner mindset.
• Demonstrable technical expertise in, and passion for, technology and innovation. Professional experience in a technical role in the Energy and mobility, is an upside.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and analytics.
