    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Role Responsibilities

    · Support PvB Controls in the areas such as Suitability and Sales Supervision, Cross Border, Dormant A/C Handling, Client Confidentiality, Complaints etc.

    · Support and collaborate with front office and support functions to ensure that robust controls are in place & are well deployed while balancing client experience. Where required make adequate escalations to draw necessary management attention.

    · Support/oversee key projects related to Suitability and Sales assurance, cross border, dormant a/c handling, etc. matters.

    · To maintain an ongoing awareness of new policy and procedure roll outs, especially that related to Investment Suitability, trade execution and cross border activities

    Our Ideal Candidate

    · Education: University Degree in Business

    · 2+ years in Banking preferably in Private Bank.

    · Experience in suitability and Sales Supervision.

    · Good Cross Border, Dormant A/C Handling & Complaints.

    · Good communication skills, ability to engage senior stakeholders.

    · Ability to Support/oversee key projects.
