    Roles & Responsibilities

    B2B Telemarketing Executive (Fully Remote)

    As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products or services over the phone. This is a fully remote role where you will engage with prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Your goal will be to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers following provided scripts and guidelines.
    2. Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.
    3. Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing accurately and persuasively.
    4. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to nurture leads.
    5. Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
    6. Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
    7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.
    8. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
    9. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    10. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, product improvements, and sales strategies.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
    2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    3. Ability to engage and persuade potential customers over the phone.
    4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
    5. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
    6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
    7. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
    8. Home office setup conducive to making calls.
    9. Willingness to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and market conditions.
