Responsibilities:

• In charge of expanding new pipelines and new clients.
• Overseeing newly acquired clients' accounts during their initial display cycle.
• Arrange and schedule all associated sales activity.
• Assist Executives in achieving sales goals and strategies.
• Utilize marketing initiatives.
• Regularly looking prospects for the process of upselling.
• Establish relationships with important clients.
• Create plans for account growth to boost profitability in the accounts.
• Utilize sales methods to meet goals and quotas.
• Recognize the expectations of clients and offer alternatives that fulfill their needs.
• Establishing and forecasting goals for every account.
• Work together with internal teams, and operations teams.
• Oversee and guarantee that all contracts adhere to corporate policies and legal requirements.
• Develop account performance reports.
• Remain up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably from secure logistics industry.
