Responsibilities

• Manage production activities by reviewing daily production data.
• Work closely with engineering to improve on machine down time and yield.
• Managing production personnel for driving productivity and cost improvement.
• Assured employees are properly trained and disciplined for procedure compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma with min 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding
• Possess initiative, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proven leadership ability to lead the team in daily operations requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
