Qualifications & experienceDegree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualificationCandidates with a minimum of 2 years of insolvency and restructuring experience will be considered for the senior associate positionStrong commmuication and writing skillsWilling to travel (where possible).Tasks & responsibilitiesManage and execute restructuring and insolvency engagements such as bankruptcy, liquidation, judicial management, scheme of arrangements;Compliance of all statutory and/or regulatory requirements of the assignments;Work closely with management to create value for clients in high-stakes, distressed restructuring situations;Analyse financial information and business requirements to produce turnaround strategies; andProduce high-quality reports, updates and presentations to stakeholders.
