    Description

    Job Objectives

    The Risk Management Team is within Group Banking Technology (GBT), supporting the bank's Development and Technology Delivery teams to ensure the process compliance to Group policies and regulatory requirements.

    This position serves as a Technology Risk Analyst for the risk management delivery as per the established processes and guidelines, the lead will drive the process to meet the Group policies and regulatory requirements. The lead will also contribute to drive continuous improvements within Risk Management Processes.

    The candidate must be skilled in verbal and written communication, as the position interfaces directly with senior stakeholders and delivery managers. The position requires attention to detail and accurately articulating impact in a non-technical and technical manner. Prioritizing tasks and shifting focus under pressure is critical as the team works through various competing high priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    . Independently plan, conduct, and coordinate risk management assignments. Review progress and evaluates results, which are communicated to the relevant key stakeholders.

    . Independently manage and plans interaction with the relevant key stakeholders and delivery leads to establish/track/execute risk management plans.

    . Plans and implements recommendations for major improvements to existing processes and procedures.

    Key Requirements

    . Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.

    . 3 years of hands-on technology risk management experience in the banking industry, preferably led a risk team before.

    . Audit / Third Parties Risk Assessment / Obsolescence / Technology Risk Management experience

    . Ability to communicate plans and deliver timely effective information to leadership and key stakeholders.

    . Strong written and verbal communication skills.
