Duties and Responsibilities

  • To support marketing executives in marketing campaign planning & execution
  • To assist in organizing and coordination of marketing events (e.g., seminars, exhibitions, product launch, etc.)
  • Products database maintenance for b2b marketplace
  • To assist the creation of marketing collateral / creatives
  • Customer database management
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey and report preparation
  • To assist in website and social media platform content update
  • Undertake daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities

Required Skill and Experiences:


  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ business/ any relevant fields OR profession with at least 12 years' experience in marketing fields will be add advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
  • WordPress / Canva / Adobe Suite / HubSpot knowledge is added advantages.
  • Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
  • Selfstarter
