    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    1. To carry out core general administrative and clerical duties such as

    • Provide frontline/counter customer service including handling calls and walk-in-queries
    • Perform administrative tasks like filings and perform simple data entries
    • Attend to pupils reporting at the First-Aid Room

    2. To support teachers in ad-hoc preparation of resources which may include some of the following:

    • Perform printing and photocopying jobs
    • Preparation of teaching aids such as cutting and lamination works

    Requirements:

    • Have at least 1 complete year of administrative experience preferably in an educational institution
    • Have at least 1 complete year of experience attending to first aid related matters
    • Possess at least a GCE 'N' level certificate or equivalent
    • Good interpersonal and a collaborative team player
    • Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
    • Ability to multitask with good time management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    The selected candidates to be deployed at the following hours:

    1st shift:

    • Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays: 6.30am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break
    • Wednesday : 6.30am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break

    2nd shift:

    • Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays: 8.45am to 6.00 pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break
    • Wednesday : 9.15am to 6.00pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break

    Contract Details:

    • 1 year contract extendable:
    • 2 candidates to start from 1st May 2024
    • 2 candidates to start from 1st July 2024
