Roles & ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities
· Project planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of all works on site.
· Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
· Prepare and update all site reports and monitor progress of project.
· Ensure work requirements meet project submission and project schedule.
· Managing the work activities and performance of the sub-contractors, supervisors and workers.
· Liaise with subcontractors, relevant authorities and consultants.
· Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
Job Requirements
· Able to read engineering drawings, P&ID, SLD, Piping Isometrics.
· Able to perform project management activities like project planning, scheduling.
· Able to prepare project progress reports.
Preferred Skills
· Good engineering knowledge, organisational skills.
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to communicate clearly with team and project stakeholders.
· Experienced with process industry construction sites preferred.
· Prior working experience on Electrical Heat Tracing System will be advantageous.
