***- Income IT is adopting site reliability engineering (SRE) principles to implement continuous operation support to business operation.- Adopting SRE principles includes focusing on faster incident detection and resolution, and to provide better operation availability and sustainability, and continuous improvement on operation efficiency.- You will join the team to automate tasks to improve operation efficiency and team productivity.- You must be able to communicate well with both internal and external partners.- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Observability %) b. Installation, configuration, and management of monitoring tool like Dynatrace c. Implementation, enhancement, and integration of monitoring solutions to ensure proactive monitoring and improve MTTD and MTTR d. Customize monitoring as per requirement, such as API or plugins or engineered solution for Dynatrace e. Configure SLI/SLO/alert/dashboard as per requirement on Dynatrace platform f. Identify potential pain point and recommend solution for performance improvement
BAU Support %)

- a. Support service request for reliability section- b. Some operation support is 24x7.

Below are examples of support after office hours:

i. If any production incident, the staff shall attend to the incident resolution immediately
ii. Support for project cutover
iii. Support for important service request upon manager approval
Automation of day-to-day operation activities (10% to 20%) a. Automation of day-to-day task using Ansible / Shell scripting /Power Shell b. Create and maintain operation automation projects using Jenkins c.

Requirements:

JOB SPECIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION / TRAINING
EXPERIENCE
Diploma holder in Computer Engineering / Science, Information Technology, Electronic, Electrical, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in engineering and any automation tools
Selfmotivated with the ability to work in a fastpaced, challenging environment

PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION- IT certification in programming or technology

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY

Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, DataDog, Grafana, Zabbix
Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible
Experience in any scripting language like shell, power shell, python
Familiar with some of the platforms, such as Windows, Unix, Linux, cloud, database, and middleware
5. COMPETENCIES
Team player as well as able to work independently and selfmotivated
Keen to learn and explore new things
Good problem solving and analytical thinking
