com - Partnership Lead (Institutions) - Singapore - Crypto
Description
The institutional sales team provides an opportunity for you to take ownership and build your institutional/highnet worth clientele.You will be a part of an exciting journey from onboarding a client to their first crypto instrument, to customizing a crypto product for your client that the market has never seen before.
If you're in our operations team, you'll have a diverse scope working with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers and sales managers and be part of scaling up our expanding infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and/or propose partnership opportunities with institutions, including crypto ETFs and assets tokenization
- Drive institutional partnerships from ideation, outreach to successfully completing a partnership via effective collaboration with internal teams (e.g., product & tech, institutional sales, growth, marketing)
- Remain uptodate of the latest developments in key institutional topics (such as crypto ETFs & assets tokenization), and share insights timely with internal teams to help inform our business and product strategy
Requirements:
- 8+ years of work experience in relevant positions (e.g., partnership, business development, sales) with a proven track record of driving impactful partnerships
- A strong interest in the crypto industry and with rich knowledge especially in institutional topics (e.g., ETFs, asset tokenization)
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Able to work effectively in teams.
