Lead the entire project lifecycle, starting from contract award and extending to delivery, through effective coordination with internal teams.

Supervise diverse project phases including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Initiate, confirm, provide instructions, and expedite project activities to ensure continuous project advancement.
Conduct technical and commercial reviews involving internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
Manage multiple project aspects such as schedule, quality, documentation, shipping, invoicing, and costs.
Generate comprehensive reports and implement strategies to mitigate project risks.
Address customer complaints, deviations, and proficiently handle claims.
Ensure optimal project cash flow and prompt payments.
Provide precontract support to the Sales team and offer mentorship to newly appointed project engineers.

Job Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Possess more than 5 years of experience in project management.
Preferred experience in process plant projects within the petrochemical industry.
Previous involvement with EPC companies or projects.
Proficiency in SAP.
Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
