Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a leading Freight Forwarding company to identify, attract, and engage an experienced Project Logistics Executive to join their business here in Singapore.

Our clients offer an attractive salary package and are conveniently located in central Singapore.

The Responsibilities of the position are as follows:

Ensure proper documentation is done
Preparation of quotations and rates/ Draft BL and issue invoices
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Handle customs permit for Airfreight, Seafreight (LCL & FCL), courier and cross border trucking arrangements
Liaison person with suppliers, warehouses and various overseas agents/ carriers
