Roles involved cleaning operations

Manage the cleaning team

Plan workers' duty roster

Attend clients' meetings as required and resolve any issues as arises

Conduct regular site inspections

Scheduling of periodic works

Responsible for preparing routine and periodic work schedules and brief workers

Responsible for tracking and maintenance of machineries

Prepare monthly reports for workers and clients

Must remain contactable in event of any facility's emergencies

Check and report daily cleaners' attendance

Responsible to maintain floater cleaners team

Bonus if able to speak mandarin to mandarin-speaking workers

Bonus if possess class 2 or 3 manual licence
