    Roles & Responsibilities

    We invite suitable candidates to join us as Sales Coordinator.

    This role sits within the Sales & Service Department and reports to the Director.

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend to customer sales queries
    • Prepare quotations, follow up on enquires and process sales orders (No selling, support function only)
    • Coordinate with inter-department teams and external parties to ensure on-time delivery
    • Maintain proper documentations on repair & service jobs and parts requisition orders.
    • Any other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Possess good communication and written skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Positive work attitude; willing to learn
    • Able to work independently and cohesively in a team environment
