Job Description as below:


  • Review the Project technical documentation and requirements.
  • Manage the engineering of the Project with close coordination with appointed Contractor(s) and Vendors.
  • Coordinate preparation of technical specifications for procurement.
  • Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation in accordance with Air Liquide's guidelines and standards
  • Responsible for validating all specified requirements have been fulfilled.
  • Responsible for ensuring documentation related to the Project is compiled and updated.
  • Coordinate and assist with the resolution of solving technical problems arising during the project and for interfacing/supporting the various engineering disciplines and departments.
  • Preparation of RFQ Package(s) for Project Tender.
  • Oversee the bid evaluation and procurement phases.
  • Responsible for providing cost and schedule estimates related to execution of the Project.
  • Coordinate and support, arrangement with internal stakeholders (Design, FMEA, Design Review, Technical Documentation etc)
  • Coordination with Client, Authorities, 3rd Parties, Contractors and Vendors for all aspects of the Project requirements, including approvals where required.
  • Verify and act upon the remarks of the Client/Certifying Body.
  • Responsible for providing technical support during precommissioning/commissioning and startup.
  • Carry out PSSR and RTOR for the equipment prior to the supply to the customer.
  • Carry out schedule planning on the task or overall activities on site execution.
  • Perform site and document verification with vendors prior handover.
  • Prepare or table proposal (method of execution) to clients with proper presentation tool.
