[What the role is]

As a Senior Officer in the Industry-Based Training Division, your main role will involve developing strong partnership with the industry, in areas of training and development.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible mainly for the following aspects of your assigned areas:

To identify and engage potential companies to partner ITE in the various workplace learning programmes and training schemes
To assist companies in their training needs analysis and market solutions through the adoption of ITE's workplace learning programmes and training schemes
To engage with participating companies to create and sustain training places for ITE trainees To provide feedback and insights on industry trends relating to workforce training and workplace learning
To work closely with internal stakeholders on the planning and execution of relevant workplace learning programmes and activities
To perform related backend administrative dutie

[What we are looking for]

You should have:

At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales;
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and project management experience
Proficiency in the use of digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics/Visualisation will be an added advantage
