_Property Executive - Marine Parade ( Alternate 51/2 day) _

- Attend to tenants' request & feedbacks promptly & effectively

- review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal

- responsible for planning preventive workd schedule, condicts, and supervises inspections to building and grounds to identify defects / irregularities and follow-up on rectification works

- assist with drafting, monitoring and reporting of the budget and expenditure

- coordinate and supervise contractors on daily maintenance, security and other operational issues

- Min - 2 years with related experience in managing club/ offices/ commercial buildings

- knowledge of operation, public area and façade cleaning, maintenance, renovation practices and related local ordinances

- reviews and knowledge in wsh protocols ( workplace, safety and health). fire safety and the establishment of cert team

- ability to interpret technical procedures, manuals and drawings
