Accounts Assistant (5days/Woodlands/up to 2600/AWS)

Job Description:

  • Data entry in accounting system
  • Generation of debit/credit note & statement of accounts
  • Attend to customer???s query on incoming/outgoing payment & balances
  • Bank reconciliation & follow up for debtor???s aging
  • Prepare payment to vendors
  • Assist in audit
  • Perform any other accounts/administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics System is an advantage
  • No experience are welcomedCompensation:
  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • AWS + variable bonus
