Permanent position, Salary up to $10,000 with AWS + 3 months bonus:

Responsibilities:

Develop and promote improvement/risk management strategies to ensure a high standard and seamless provision of quality service, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Review, critically analyse, adapt and improve the implementation of a clinical practice guidelines/ care bundles/ best practices in NHG setting.
Develop and adapt quality frameworks, such as quality and safety framework, spread and scale, etc to strength and adance the culture in quality improvement.
To establish secretariat functions/ project management activities and drive towards meeting the desired outcomes
Colead the development of clusterlevel quality database by identification, integration and analysis of data or indicators that will impact quality and safety outcomes of the care system
Provide required analytic and visualization to support strategic decisionmaking for Leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting and in a supervisory position would be an advantage.
Experience in clinical standards and clinical quality
Demonstrate good knowledge and skills in quality and process improvement approaches.
