Job Summary:

Functional test lead having more than 10 years of experience in Banking domain and specialized in Private banking


Key Responsibilities:


  • Test Lead managing delivery across functional and automation testing for Private Banking, Compliance, core banking and Trade finance domains
  • Requirement Analysis and Planning
  • Preparing and getting sign off for related artifacts
  • Getting approval for delivery items from client to satisfy exit criteria of each project phase
  • Coordinating among client stakeholders and delivery team for manual and automation test design, scripting, and execution activities.
  • Guiding the team with domain and technical expertise to achieve project milestones
  • Updating project status to client stakeholders during daily meetings. Highlighting risk, dependencies and proposing mitigation plan
  • Own daily and weekly reporting to client stakeholders
  • Sharing project closure related artifacts with client stakeholders and coordinate with business stakeholders for product demo post deployment

Essential Skills:


  • Domain
  • Private Banking, Compliance & core banking domains and Trade finance
  • Role has the ability and prior experience of leading a test team of more than 10 members
  • Product testing experience T24, SIBS, Avaloq

Nice to have skills:


  • Selenium, Tosca
