    Description

    We are currently looking for passionate IT Business Analyst to join our team. You will be working on digital enterprise service management systems. You will need to collaborate with various vendors, business units and internal IT teams on Business-as-Usual (BAU) system enhancements as well as new project end-to-end implementations and integrations with different touchpoints.SINGAPOREAN Required for this role.
    Roles & Responsibilities:
    •Work closely with business user in business process improvement to align with business and project objectives and bridge the gaps between business users and technical solution team.

    •Work closely with business users and vendors to solve process and IT related problems.

    •Facilitate requirements and gap analysis workshops with users, vendors and relevant stakeholders.

    •Managing users for adhoc / urgent change requests

    •Prepare documentation of processes, workflows, or business requirements

    •Maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure.

    •Bridge the gaps between business and IT. You are the key person to clearly articulate the business requirements to the technical team and technical proposition to business context.

    •Good presentation and communication skills (to both technical and non-technical audiences, written and verbal).

    •Work closely with vendor and solution architects to ensure the right implementation of IT solution to meet the business needs.

    •Review and critique vendors' or in-house team deliverables and offer conclusion to project manager / delivery manager.

    •To write and get acceptance upon collaboration with business users on all Test Plan

    •Manage and perform functional testing of systems before release to business users for acceptance test.

    •Managing the testing life cycle, and in particular the User Acceptance Test.

    •End-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.

    •Development skillset, SQL, System Customization, configuration is an added advantage.

    Key Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 of experience in the role of IT Business analyst.
    • Good business analyst experience in both waterfall and Agile projects/development.
    • Experience with digital and/or marketing technological stack (e.g. mobile APPs, web applications, cloud solutions (AWS, GCP), analytical tools, content management systems, audience and campaign management)
    • Experience with SharePoint Online & Power Platform features, functionality, and best practices will be added advantage.
    • Proven track record of working and managing business users and 3rd party vendors.
    • Proven track records of successful implementation of projects
    • Experience in documentation of processes, workflows, and/ or business requirements
    • Experience in performing functional and backend testing activities and ensure traceability to requirements.
    • Solid Excel, data analysis and SQL skills.
