Job Responsibilities:


  • Understand LCD manufacturing process and can design or refine the manufacturing process.
  • Has idea and knowledge to improve production yield
  • Save raw material and production time.
  • Consider reduing pollution and production waste.
  • Design testing process.
  • Design and develop more environmentally friendly and energysaving products.
  • Design and implement manufacturing processes, and equipment for complex products.

Job Skills & Qualifications:


Reqiured:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Strong technical and/or regulatory expertise.
  • Detailed record keeping and communication of results to others.
  • Project skills appropriate for leadership of tech transfer projects.

Preferred:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing technology or related area of study.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of initiative, innovation, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
