- Source and secure new clientele, projects and achieve tenders, profitability targets.
- Gather market intelligence, develop clientele network, and foster strong client relationships with developers, government agencies.
- Sustain the market sensing of built environment/construction industry and competitive landscape, staying relevant and updated of Singapore's available tenders.
- Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director.
- Able to integrate within the project, tender and contract teams and collaborate with other departments.
- Lead negotiation with client on bid and contract terms & conditions.
- Develop and protect company's brand, corporate image, and reputation.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Professional Degree/Masters in Civil Engineering or Architectural.
- Min 8 years of working experience (from civil/building contractor background).
- Relevant experience in Construction industry especially in Building and Civil Works
- Possess structural, architectural, geotechnical design experience and relevant competencies to study the feasibility of tenders/projects.
