- Conduct business analysis and serve as a liaison with external vendors/integrators and business stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables from integrators, providing thorough review and alignment with business requirements.
- Enhance the product backlog with detailed specifications and communicate these to all relevant parties.
- Gather and analyze user requirements, performing impact analysis during the project preparation phase.
- Produce and review functional specifications and ensure clear communication to project teams.
- Understand system functions/data to define functional architecture evolutions.
- Document functional and non-functional specifications accurately.
- Review test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT) and prepare for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Escalate risks and issues to the line manager promptly.
- 5+ years in business analysis, with IT transformation project experience.
- Expertise in Portfolio Management systems, Advisory, Risk Modelling, and Order Life Cycle.
- Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and REST API development; knowledge of Temenos Triple'A.
- Bachelor's degree required; Scrum or Product Owner certification beneficial.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and project management skills.
- Multicultural adaptability with a detail-oriented mindset.
- French language proficiency and Agile SAFe certification are advantageous.
