Supports daily operations such as opening shifts and setting up the restaurant before operation hours- Ensure cashier system and procedures are in place
- Maintains good communication with superiors
- Ensures restaurant is set up according to SOP.
- Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant before and after operations
- Assist the managers in monitoring of stocks such as wines, beverages, chemicals, stationeries and other operation needs
- Service and ordering duties when assigned
