Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.

We are presently seeking a Key Account Manager that will support Singapore D&A team on KAM responsibilities.


Main responsibilities:

  • Position the company and current/future products for key contracts through developing close customer business relationships;
  • Lead or assist with the preparation and submission of bids, quotes or proposals by defining the "winning" approach (price, commercial, technical etc.) through coordinating the Company resource (technical, manufacturing, commercial);
  • Drive and own order intake and sales targets within assigned regions and accounts;
  • Lead or assist with driving crossfunction problem solving teams to address commercial, technical or manufacturing issues associated with customers' programs;
  • Represent the Company at all levels within the customer community, ensuring the interests of Excelitas are both promoted and protected;
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline with customers, giving the organization full visibility of potential orders for business continuity;
  • Understands and fully comply with the national and international export, import and ITAR rules and legislation. Adhering to all Company Operating Procedures.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or Science/Engineering;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer account management, project management, business operation, manufacturing industry;
  • Commercial skills and costing;
  • Project planning and project management;
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Communication and Presentation, written and oral;
  • Business oriented, Task management, Organization, Problem solving, Collaboration, Team player, Agility, Critical thinking, Adaptability, Conflict resolution;
  • Excellent communicator who can handle challenging business situations well and represent the sales organization, both inside and outside of the organization in a professional manner;
  • Ability to demonstrate success in managing highlevel commercial relationships.
