Senior Production Engineer - Singapore - CKR PRE-CAST TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE. LTD.

Description

• Schedule and plan production according to the orders received.
• Order materials & control material wastage to minimum.
• Monitor daily production outputs and meeting of production requirements.
• Keep record for precast production, delivery and stock.
• Motivate and develop a cohesive and productive team.
• Supervise and control subcontractor performanceproduction and material usage.
• Responsible for daily production and delivery inspection with consultant/RTO.
• Responsible for worksite safety and cleanliness.
• Optimal machine and resources utilization.
• Fault finding and troubleshootingproduction operation.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformity relating to product, process and quality system.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solution to probleM/Fault detected, verify implementation of solution.
• Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
• Perform personnel and administration activities.
• Coordinate with project site team for delivery arrangements.

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore
• Minimum 2 years experience in precast production yard/factory.
