    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join us as Training and Development Manager. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees, ensuring the continuous development and success of our workforce. You will also play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent to ensure the continuous growth and success of our talent pool.

    Responsibilities:

    1) Training and Development

    • Design and implement training and development programs that are aligned with talent management goals and address specific skill gaps within the workforce.
    • Manage orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
    • Establish a continuous learning culture, promoting ongoing professional development opportunities for employees at all levels.
    • Develop and manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
    • Source and evaluate external training vendors, negotiating contracts and maintaining positive relationships.
    • Ensure that all training programs and talent management practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Implement measures to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.

    2) Talent Management

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy, identifying key skills, competencies, and potential areas for growth within the organization.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential individuals and create personalized development plans to nurture and retain top talent.
    • Facilitate succession planning initiatives to ensure a seamless transition for critical roles within the organization.

    3) Performance Management

    • Work closely with department managers to implement performance improvement plans and provide coaching to address skill gaps and enhance individual and team effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to training and development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

    4) Collaboration and Communication

    • Foster effective communication channels between different departments to ensure alignment of training and talent management initiatives with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry associations to stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in healthcare training.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in training and talent management with at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Manager.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems and other training technologies.
